Painted Kidneys & Gills June 2005

Total time was ~ 4hrs, but I took my time with cleaning all the parts while they were off the car with Klasse and the like, and taking pictures of course. :>)

About 3 coats of primer and 4 coats of paint.

This is one of the more proud moments I had during this episode.  Of course, all but 3 of those bastard OEM clips broke when I tried removing them for the chrome gill piece.  Not wanting to trek to the dealership to get replacements, if that was even possible, I hunted for something in my supplies that would suffice - EUREKA - zip ties.
