MCoupe - Totaled / Wrecked by Gerald McNeely - July 2008

Update 10/16/09:

I found this out last week.  Turns out that the Coupe is no longer.  I have no idea what was sold off it it, but was told that after items were sold , it had been "recycled."

Update 11/04/09

I have finally received the second $15k from Gerald, and I have sent him the title.  For all intents and purposes this is over.  I hope I never run into him.  Fucking bitch.

Drop him a line on his F/B page:

There are only facts here.

Pay attention to p.4 where the narrative documents the consumption of alcohol.

Gerald was driving my car because I asked him to do some repair work on it; he was the only person I trusted to do so.  He allegedly was "test driving" it when the throttle stuck open.

Gerald and I had an agreement that he would buy the MCoupe from me for $30,000 and I would sign the title over to him.  To do so, he would pay me $15,000 in one sum, then pull parts off of the car and sell them until he could amass the 2nd $15,000.  No lawyers, no insurance - it sucked, but he was physically OK, and we had a plan to sort it out.

Since September 2008 after the first $15,000, I have received no payments or communication from Gerald.  No email, no call, no texts - nothing.  This is all fact and is non-debatable.

If only once had Gerald called or emailed me to let me know he needed additional time or to re-work our agreement, I would have done so, but nope - he chose to do nothing.

I was forced to retain an attorney who is now working with an attorney I am assuming has been retained by Gerald to put into place a formal agreement for the 2nd $15,000.  Sad and unfortunate, but I had no other option.  This has cost me an additional several thousand dollars.  We had an agreement, and he backed out.

So, let's recap:
