ACS Rear Roof Spoiler Fit Adjustment - April 2006

Driving around yesterday, I hear a new creak. It was at speed, and from the rear roof area – spoiler.

I did a little tweaking with the attachment of the rear roof spoiler today. Basically, I removed it and added some ½” weather stripping foam at the bolt attachment points and where the spoiler is to contact the glass.

This should make things nice and snug, and the firm but sponginess of the foam will help isolate any vibration at speed.
